⅛ spray , about 1/3 second Cooking spray
1 oz Spaghetti
¼ oz Cheddar cheese
⅛ cup Cottage cheese
⅛ tbsp Olive oil- 🥄¹⁄₁₆ tsp Garlic salt
⅛ tsp Black pepper
⅛ tsp Turmeric
¹⁄₁₆ tsp Paprika
½ tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Lightly coat a standard muffin tin with cooking spray.
- 2
Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain well.
- 3
In a large bowl, stir together the cottage cheese and cheddar cheese. Add the drained spaghetti, olive oil, garlic salt, black pepper, turmeric, and paprika. Toss to coat, adding a splash of reserved pasta water as needed so the mixture is evenly moistened. Reserve a few spoonfuls of the cheese mixture for topping.
- 4
Twirl portions of spaghetti into nests and place them in the prepared muffin tin. Spoon a little of the reserved cheese mixture on top of each nest.
- 5
Bake until lightly browned and crisp at the edges, about 10 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes, then gently loosen and lift out the nests.
- 6
Serve warm, sprinkled with Parmesan.
