³⁄₁₆ whole chicken Chicken
¹⁄₁₆ cup White rice- 🥄³⁄₁₆ dash Salt
³⁄₁₆ dash Black pepper
½ jumbo Egg
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Directions

Rinse the chicken and remove any organs. Place in a pot that fits the chicken snugly. Add the chicken neck if available. Cover with water by about 1 inch.
- 2
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 45-60 minutes, skimming fat as needed.
