1 tbsp Honey
1 cloves, minced Garlic
½ tbsp Tamari soy sauce
¼ tsp Black pepper
4 oz Pork tenderloin
½ tbsp Olive oil
Directions
- 1
Whisk the honey, minced garlic, tamari, and black pepper in a small bowl to make the marinade.
- 2
Trim the pork tenderloin and pat dry. Place in a shallow dish and coat with the marinade; let stand 10 minutes (refrigerate if marinating longer).
- 3
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil.
- 4
Lift the pork from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Sear on all sides until well browned, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- 5
Reduce heat to medium. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and cook, turning the pork occasionally, until the pork reaches 145°F and the sauce is bubbling and slightly thickened, 8–10 minutes.
- 6
Transfer pork to a cutting board and rest 5 minutes. Slice and drizzle with the pan juices to serve.
