- 🥄1 Tbsp Sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp Orange marmalade
1 tbsp Tamari soy sauce
6 oz Atlantic salmon- 🥄1 dash Salt
1 dash Black pepper
1 spray , about 1/3 second Cooking spray
¼ tbsp chopped Scallions
Directions
- 1
In a shallow dish, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, orange marmalade, and soy sauce. Set aside 1/4 of this mixture for serving.
- 2
Pat the salmon dry. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then place it skin-side up in the remaining sauce, ensuring it’s coated. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- 3
Heat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat the foil lightly with cooking spray. Position an oven rack 5–6 inches from the broiler element.
- 4
Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the prepared sheet. Broil until the top is browned and the center flakes easily, 6–10 minutes depending on thickness.
- 5
Transfer to a plate. Spoon or drizzle the reserved sauce over the fish and garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
