5 oz Chicken breast
¼ tbsp Olive oil
½ cloves, minced Garlic
1 cup, cubes Sweet potato
⅛ cup Chicken broth
4 spear, medium Asparagus- 🥄⅛ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Black pepper- 🥄¼ tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- 1
Trim tough ends from asparagus and cut into 1–2 inch pieces. Dice the chicken into bite-size pieces, then season with about three-quarters of the salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds, then add the chicken.

Uncover, add the asparagus, and cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender, 4–5 minutes.
- 6
Return the chicken and any juices to the skillet and toss to combine, warming through.
- 7
Season to taste with the remaining salt and pepper and the crushed red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
