¼ tbsp Butter
½ cloves, minced Garlic
¼ medium Onion
⅛ can Beer
⅛ cup packed Brown sugar
⅜ tbsp Honey
⅛ cup Maple syrup
¼ tbsp Hot sauce
½ tbsp Yellow mustard- ¼ cup Navy beans
¼ cup White beans- 🥄⅛ dash Salt
Directions
- 1
Heat the oven to 400° F.
- 2
In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook just until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- 3
Stir in the diced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and translucent, 5–7 minutes.
- 4

- 5
Fold in the navy and white beans and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- 6
Lower the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes to begin thickening the sauce.
- 7
Transfer to a 2‑quart casserole dish, cover, and bake for 30–35 minutes. Uncover and bake 25–35 minutes more, stirring once or twice, until the sauce is glossy and thick and the beans are well coated. Season to taste with salt and serve.
