½ dash Black pepper
⅛ tsp Cinnamon
⅛ tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Butter
1 large Carrots

Finely chop the mint. Peel the carrots and cut them into 1/4 x 1/4 x 2 1/2-inch sticks.
