4 oz Spaghetti
½ tbsp Olive oil
2 strip Bacon
¼ medium Onion- 🥄½ dash Salt
½ dash Black pepper
1 large Egg
1 tbsp Heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions
- 1
Cook pasta to al dente in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain.
- 2
Heat oil a large nonstick skillet with high sides over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook for a few minutes until the bacon starts to cook and crisp at the edges. Remove from heat and chop.
- 3
Add the onions, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- 4
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
