4 oz Chicken breast- 🥄⅛ cup Coconut flour
1 medium Egg
½ tbsp Coconut milk
½ cup Coconut meat- 🥄½ dash Salt
½ dash Black pepper
Directions
- 1
Heat the oven to 400° and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment for easy release.

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, then slice into 3/4- to 1-inch-wide strips; pat dry.
