⅛ small raw Red onion
½ tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 tsp Olive oil
3 oz Chicken breast
½ clove Garlic
½ cup Chickpeas
¼ cup Spinach
1 pita, large Whole wheat pita bread- 🥄¼ dash Salt
¼ dash Black pepper
Directions

In a small bowl, combine the thinly sliced onion, vinegar, and one-quarter of the olive oil. Let sit, tossing occasionally until ready to use.

Halve and toast pitas. Fill the pitas with the chicken and spinach mixture, top with the red onions, and drizzle with any remaining vinegar from the bowl.
