¼ tbsp Olive oil- 🥄⅛ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Garlic powder
⅛ tsp, whole Cumin seed

¼ can Black beans
¼ cup Salsa
¼ pepper Jalapeno peppers

In the same skillet, add the spinach and a splash of water. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes until just wilted.
- 4
Warm the tortillas in the skillet or microwave.
- 5
Assemble each burrito by topping a tortilla with the tofu mixture, beans, salsa, jalapeno slices, and spinach. Serve and enjoy!
