¼ oz (14 halves) English walnuts
1 tbsp Coconut meat
½ tbsp Chia seeds
3 tbsp Almond milk
1 tbsp Coconut milk
1 tbsp Almond butter
¼ tbsp Coconut oil
⅛ tsp Turmeric
¼ tsp Cinnamon
¼ dash Black pepper
Directions
- 1
Roughly chop the walnuts.

Place the hemp seeds, chopped walnuts, and flaked coconut into a hot pan and roast for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. Toss a few times to prevent burning. When done, transfer the roasted mix into a bowl and set aside.

Add the almond butter, coconut oil, chia seeds, turmeric powder, cinnamon, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Stir in half of the roasted mix.
