Directions
- 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- 2
Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. Not too thin, the bacon has to brown and if the chicken is too thin it’ll get dry before the bacon gets crispy.
- 3
Grab a bowl and combine 3 tbsp honey with 2 tsp coarse mustard.
- 4
wrap the bacon around the chicken strips.
- 5
Place them on a foil lined roasting tray or on a cookie sheet.
- 6
Brush the chicken bites with half the marinade.
- 7
Bake them in a preheated oven at 425F for 10 to 13 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.
- 8
As soon as one side is done, take the tray out of the oven.
- 9
Flip them over and brush them with the remaining marinade.
- 10
Put them back in the oven for another 10 to 13 minutes, until the other side is crispy as well. Keep an eye on them.
