1 tbsp Parsley
¼ cup small shells Macaroni
1 clove Garlic
³⁄₁₆ cup chopped Carrots
½ tbsp chopped Shallots

3 Italian tomato Tomatoes
4 oz Ground beef
½ tbsp Parmesan cheese- 🥄½ tsp Crushed red pepper flakes

Boil the water. Very finely chop the parsley. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Peel and chop the carrot into small cubes along with the shallot.

Heat the remaining tsp of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook the polpetti until browned, taking care not to overcook.
- 7
