¾ tbsp Butter
½ cup, pieces or slices White mushrooms
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
½ tbsp Pine nuts
¼ dash Black pepper- 🥄¼ dash Salt
½ cloves, minced Garlic
⅛ fl oz White wine
½ tsp Lemon juice
½ tbsp Sour cream
¼ tbsp Parsley
¼ pinch Cayenne pepper
1 leaf, large Butterhead lettuce
Directions
- 1
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high until foaming. Add chopped mushrooms and shallots and sauté, stirring often, until the mushrooms release their liquid and begin to brown, about 5 minutes.
