½ medium Onion

3 mushroom, whole Portobello mushrooms
½ cup Vegetable broth
½ tbsp Tamari soy sauce
½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp, leaves Thyme
⅛ tsp Black pepper
1 roll French roll- 🥄2 tsp. Horseradish mustard
Directions
- 1
Heat half of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
- 2
Add sliced onion and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
