¼ large Egg
½ tbsp Ketchup
¼ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ oz Cheddar cheese
½ tbsp chopped Onion
¼ tbsp Parmesan cheese- 🥄⅛ dash Salt
⅛ dash Black pepper
4 oz Ground beef
1 ½ strip Bacon
Directions
- 1
Heat the oven to 375° F. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire, cheddar, onion, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and ground beef. Mix gently until evenly blended, then shape into two 6-inch logs.
- 2
On a sheet of wax paper, arrange half of the bacon slices side by side. Place one beef log crosswise at the edge and roll to wrap, tucking ends under. Transfer to a heavy-foil-lined 9×13-inch baking pan.
- 3
Repeat with the remaining bacon and beef log. Bake until the center of each roll reaches 160° F, 45–50 minutes.
- 4
If desired, broil briefly to further brown the bacon. For more even cooking, you may flip the rolls once or twice during baking and carefully drain accumulated fat.
