2 oz Whole wheat pasta
½ tbsp Olive oil
3 oz Chicken breast- 🥄⅛ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Black pepper
¼ medium Onion
¾ cup, pieces or slices White mushrooms
¾ cloves, minced Garlic

⅜ cup Chicken broth- 🥄¹⁄₁₆ tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
¹⁄₁₆ cup Sun-dried tomatoes

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

While the pasta cooks, heat half of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
