⅓ can Black beans- 🥄⅓ pieces Chipotle peppers
¹⁄₁₆ cup, chopped Onion
⅓ clove Garlic
¹⁄₁₆ tsp, ground Oregano
³⁄₁₆ tbsp Olive oil
¼ cup Vegetable broth- 🥄¼ tsp Salt
2 tortilla, medium Flour tortillas
1 oz Queso añejo
1 tbsp Sour cream
1 tbsp Cilantro
1 tsp Hot sauce
Directions
- 1
Add the undrained black beans, chipotle peppers, onion, garlic, vegetable broth, salt, and oregano to a blender and puree until completely smooth.

Dip each warm tortilla into the hot bean sauce to coat, set on a plate, and add some cheese. Fold or roll to enclose the filling.
