2 ½ oz Whole wheat pasta
¼ cup Vegetable broth
½ tbsp Butter
¾ tsp Olive oil
1 clove Garlic
¾ mushroom, whole Portobello mushrooms
⅝ fl oz White wine
¼ lemon yields Lemon juice
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente, stirring regularly to prevent sticking. Drain the pasta.
