½ large Pears
½ tsp Granulated sugar
¹⁄₁₆ tsp Cinnamon
¹⁄₁₆ cup Cranberries
¹⁄₁₆ cup Granola
¹⁄₁₆ cup Apple juice
⅛ cup Vanilla yogurt
Directions

Place the pear halves, cut sides up, in a glass pie plate. Combine the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the pears.
- 3
Mix the cranberries and granola together, then mound into the hollows of the pear halves. Pour the apple juice in and around the pear halves. Cover the dish loosely with wax paper.
- 4
Cook in the microwave on HIGH for 6-8 minutes, or until the pears are tender when pierced with a knife. Let them stand in the dish for 5 minutes.
- 5
Use a large slotted spoon to transfer the pears to serving plates. Drizzle the juices from the pie plate over the pears and serve with vanilla yogurt.
